I didn’t start LBT just because I wanted to sell clothes.
I started it because I was trying to survive.

There was a time I felt completely disconnected from myself. On the outside, I looked like I had it together—but inside, I was spiraling. Quietly dealing with depression, burnout, and the weight of expectations I'm not sure I ever agreed to carry.

I didn’t know how to say it out loud. I didn’t know how to ask for help. So I bottled it. Numbed it. Hid behind being “okay.”

But pain has a way of becoming a teacher when you’re finally ready to listen.

The shift started when I got tired of pretending. When I stopped trying to “fix” myself and started asking what it really means to heal.

So I got on TikTok and started sharing my story and the things I've learned.

It's the connections I made on there, and comments I got from my community that made me realize: abundance isn’t about what you have. It’s about who you believe you are—when nothing external is validating you.

It’s about self-worth.
It’s about choosing yourself—even when it’s uncomfortable.
It’s about love.
And it’s about time.
