When will my order ship?

All LBT pieces are currently made-to-order during our limited-time presale.
That means production begins after the presale closes.
Please allow 3–4 weeks for production, followed by standard shipping times:

• USA & Canada: 4–8 business days

• UK & Europe: 6–10 business days

• Rest of World: 7–14 business days

You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order ships.

Why does it take 3–4 weeks before shipping?

Because I don’t believe in mass production or overstock.

Every LBT piece is made-to-order with intention, which means zero waste and no excess.

Doing it this way allows me to focus on quality, purpose, and delivering something real—not rushed. The wait is part of what makes it exclusive.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. You get free U.S. shipping on all orders over $75.

What about international shipping?

Yes—we ship worldwide.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees or duties charged by their country.

What’s your return policy?

Because each item is made-to-order, we are not able to offer returns or exchanges for sizing or change-of-mind.

However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email us at thelbtapparel@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Because our items are made-to-order and sent to production after the presale, we can only modify or cancel orders before the presale ends.

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us ASAP with your order number and requested update.

Once it's on its way, changes or cancellations won't be possible.
