Welcome to Love Beats Time Apparel (the “Site”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services, including all purchases made through our Shopify-hosted store.

2. Products & Presale Policy

All presale items are made-to-order and produced after the presale period ends. Please review all product details and timelines before purchasing. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the estimated fulfillment and shipping window.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue items, or update product information at any time without prior notice.

3. Payments & Billing

We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and other secure payment options provided through Shopify Payments and third-party processors. All prices are listed in USD.

You agree to provide current, accurate, and complete billing and shipping information when making a purchase.

4. Order Changes & Cancellations

Because our items are made-to-order and sent to production after the presale, orders cannot be changed or canceled after the presale closes.

If you need to update your order prior to that date, please contact us immediately at thelbtapparel@gmail.com.

5. Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind or sizing issues due to the made-to-order nature of our products.

We will, however, replace any items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. To report an issue, contact us within 7 days of delivery at thelbtapparel@gmail.com.

6. Shipping

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Free U.S. shipping is offered for orders over $75.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes incurred during delivery.

7. Accuracy, Completeness & Timeliness of Information

We make every effort to provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, and availability. However, we are not liable for typographical errors, outdated information, or delays caused by third parties such as carriers or suppliers.

You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes and updates to our site.
