Shipping & Processing Information

Because every LBT piece is made with purpose—not mass-produced—we operate on a made-to-order basis. This ensures no excess, no waste, and that every item you receive is intentional from start to finish.

🛠️ Processing Timeline:

All orders placed during any of the presale windows will be produced after the presale ends.

Presales are a limited, made-to-order release, which means:

  • Production begins AFTER the presale

  • Please allow 3–4 weeks for production

You'll be updated every step of the way.

🌍 Shipping Estimates (Once Your Order Ships):

  • USA & Canada: 4–8 business days

  • UK & Europe: 6–10 business days

  • Rest of World: 7–14 business days

You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships, so you can follow it in real time.

💰 Shipping Costs:

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

You get FREE STANDARD shipping on all USA orders over $75.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

Because the products are made-to-order, we do not offer returns for change of mind or sizing issues at this time.

However:

  • If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

  • Just email us within 7 days of delivery at thelbtapparel@gmail.com and we’ll guide you through the process.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition to qualify.
